Returns & refunds
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for store credit. Worn, installed, or altered hair cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Email us at our contact page with your order number to start a return.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged.
- Store credit is issued within 2 business days of us receiving the piece back.
